    In-Home Care for ACL Recovery

    • Manual therapy for stiffness and patellar mobility
    • Quad strengthening progression with portable equipment
    • Single-leg balance and neuromuscular re-education
    • Running gait analysis and progression
    • Hop testing battery before return-to-sport clearance
    • Direct communication with your orthopedic surgeon

    Common Questions

When can I start PT after ACL surgery?

Most surgeons clear PT 2–7 days post-op. We can begin at home as soon as you're cleared.

How long does ACL recovery take?

Pivoting sports usually 9–12 months for safe return; everyday activity returns much sooner. Recovery depends on graft type, surgeon protocol, and rehab consistency.

Do I need a clinic for ACL rehab?

No. With portable equipment and your bodyweight, we can complete the entire ACL protocol in your home — including running and hop testing.
